Advice has been great from the start, easy to get a video appointment with staff should you need any support. Delivery was quick and easy. So far no problems whatsoever with the complete plan.

What can I say? Well it was the best decision I’ve ever made choosing Manual for my hair and it really prevented me from losing more hair. Also I’m pleased to say that since starting my treatment the team have touch based with support and encouragement. I highly recommend it.

Great product that has already started to grow my hair back after only 2 months!

I’m so glad I found Manual. I’ve been using the hair products for a short time now as my hair had thinned out really bad and I was starting to go bald. I was feeling pretty down about this as you can imagine… Now you can’t even notice at all, my hair has grown back and I’m made up! I will continue to use these products and recommend them to anyone suffering as I was.

One of few companies around with excellent customer service. As a user of their hair regrowth products I have also had excellent results over the last 6 months too which is key. Their products are more expensive that what you be able to get on the market but with the background support of their clinicians it's a pretty slick operation

Had a phone consultation with Bonnie from Manual. She took time to explain how the hair products I am using. She took time to answer all my questions and it was very useful as didn't realise you could massage the spray into the scalp rather than leave it on the surrounding hair. The call lasted longer than the 10 mins allocated which was better.

I ordered a minoxidil spray and the solution solidified because of the Scottish climate so I was provided with a working alternative no fuss.
